Q: Will the grip fit my car's steering wheel?
A: Yes, the KIMYO WORKS Fidget Steer Grip is designed to fit most standard vehicle steering wheels. Important Note: Do not use this product over an existing steering wheel cover, as it may cause the grip to detach. It must be mounted directly onto the original steering wheel.
Q: Is it safe if the airbag deploys?
A: Absolutely. The main body of the grip is crafted from soft, premium silicone. In the event of an airbag deployment, the material will not pose any risk to the driver.
Q: Will the grip slip or detach while I'm driving?
A: No. Our grip features patented technology to ensure your safety. Four C-shaped alloy plate springs are engineered into the silicone body, providing a secure, rock-solid hold on the steering wheel that prevents any slipping.
Q: Will the grip melt or get sticky in the summer heat?
A: Not at all. We use premium, medical-grade silicone that withstands extreme temperatures ranging from -140°F to 600°F. It remains odorless, non-toxic, and retains its premium feel without warping or becoming sticky.

Q: Where does my order ship from and how long does it take?
A: All orders are carefully processed within 1-2 business days. To guarantee the authentic, premium quality of the KIMYO WORKS Fidget Steer Grip, we ship directly from our manufacturing facility in South Korea. Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 10 to 20 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Q: Why does shipping take 10 to 20 days?
A: Unlike mass-produced items sitting in local warehouses, our products are meticulously crafted and shipped directly from South Korea, where they are engineered with patented technology and fair labor practices. This direct-to-consumer approach allows us to maintain strict quality control. We appreciate your patience—it is well worth the wait.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
A: We begin processing orders immediately to minimize your wait time. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order has been handed over to our international carrier, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 45-day return guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 45 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in its original condition.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Starting a return is easy. Simply log into your customer account using your email, navigate to your order history, and request a return. We will provide you with further instructions.
Q: Are returns free?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
4. Maintenance & Care
Q: How do I clean the grip and the fidget modules?
A: Maintenance is simple for the silicone body. First, remove all fidget modules from the grip. You can then rinse the silicone grip under running water and allow it to dry completely before reattaching it. Important: Do NOT wash the fidget modules with water, as they contain metal mechanisms and springs that can be damaged. Please wipe the modules gently with a dry cloth.
Q: Are the fidget devices replaceable or available for separate purchase?
A: Yes, absolutely. Your initial purchase includes 5 interchangeable fidget modules (Rocker switch, Push button, Steel Ball, Toothed gear, Silent button) designed to easily snap in and out. They are completely replaceable. If you misplace a module or wish to customize your grip with multiples of your favorite type, additional fidget modules are available for separate purchase in our store.
