1. 45-Day Return Window We offer a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. This extended window is our commitment to your satisfaction.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), KIMYO WORKS will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and cover all costs.

  • Change of Mind (Standard Returns): For all other returns (e.g., "no longer wanted," "ordered by mistake"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  2. If approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on Sale or during a clearance event.

  • Gift Cards.

  • (Optional) Personalized or custom-made products.

7. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
